Setting targets, achieving aims - exceeding expectations
This is a half day session designed to improve the time management of your management team. It looks at the external factors that affect your management of your time and how to handle these effectively. It also looks at your personal goals and direction and how these are a key element in time management. We also cover how to effectively plan your day and how to prioritise tasks to make the most of the time available. Another prime obstacle to time management is communication and organisation skills. The final part of the seminar gives you the skills required to effectively deal with interruptions, how to handle the telephone and gives you tips on how to communicate and delegate effectively.
We take your results for the year and help you prepare a budget and a cash flow forecast for the next year. We also train you to use these tools effectively and enable you to use the tools provided on a continuing basis.
A short session looking at the ways to optimise your cashflow and how to ensure the cash is working for you rather than against you. The session also looks at how to educate your customers to pay promptly.
Designed to help you get the maximum useful management information from your monthly accounts.
