  • The MGroup offer Pre-Sales Consultancy, Training and Support
  • Pre-Sales Consultancy - is available to evaluate your company's requirements and processes and to then enable our consultants to produce a proposal to meet your needs.
  • Implementation - Our technical team can carry out full data transfer routines to allow historical data as well as current business data to be used in any new system. This process will allow you to minimise disruption to working procedures or down time.
  • Training - is carried out by fully qualified accountants. We have a modern training facility in our Oxford office but in addition offer on-site training if so required by our clients. We run group training sessions at our Oxford office that both enhance and further the operational ability of Sage users.
  • Support - We offer a fully manned support desk for all our support calls. The use of autodial and host software allow our support technicians to assist with rectifying any problems with your software. All of our customers will receive a visit by our consultant at least once a year to evaluate existing operational procedures and methods. The level of support provided is agreed prior to putting the service contract in place.
