Entries for the West Oxfordshire Business Awards (WOBA) 2016 are now open and close at midnight on Monday 30th November 2015. These prestigious annual awards, now in their 6th year, showcase all that is best in business and entrepreneurship in West Oxfordshire, covering 12 categories, such as Retail Award, Innovation Award, Employer of the Year Award. The full list can be found on the WOBA 2016 site. This year The MGroup are sponsoring the Employer of the Year Award. This is open to any business, of any size or industry sector, trading in West Oxfordshire. To win this award a business will have to demonstrate that it is a great place to work. The evidence of this can be shown by:
- An open, inclusive culture;
- Leadership and management;
- Staff training, development, retention and recruitment;
- Innovative working environment and staff facilities;
- Encouraging young people into the business.
To enter for an award go to the WOBA website and download the form for the category/ies you feel fit your organisation. Fill them in and submit using the links on the website. Dont delay!! Entries close midnight on 30th November 2015.
