Making Sense of Your Customers
So many businesses have been in survival mode for the past year, making changes — slight or massive — that you may not have had time to reflect back on.
Under normal circumstances, a change in market or approach would be calculated and planned out beforehand. You would have done an analysis of the market, looked at the profile of your prospective customers and sought to understand your competitors.
But these haven’t been normal circumstances. Even if you have continued doing the same thing for the past year, it would be safe to bet that the market has still changed around you.
This final webinar is an opportunity to reflect on your customers or clients; redefine who they are so that you and your staff can make sense of them.
Making sense of your customers allows you and your team to truly know who you’re talking to, what their pain points are, what they need and where you may be able to find them.
