The topic of the last Oxfordshire Allies meeting threw up various questions and concerns for employers due to the impending introduction of the Real Time Information (RTI) system with effect from April 6th this year. As is the case with the introduction of any new system there is always a need for information to understand the process so it was felt it would be useful to hear the facts first-hand from someone who really knows! Barbara Wilson very kindly attended February’s networking meeting in her current role at HMRC, which is to convey as much relevant up-to-date information as possible regarding the changes. Everyone found this very helpful, interesting and reassuring and it was apparent from the discussion that the situation is still very fluid. With this in mind we thought it would be helpful to host a follow-up closer to the start date. We are looking at Thursday 28th March, 12.45 – 2.15pm in Witney again with Barbara Wilson as the speaker. If you are interested in attending please contact me either by phone, 01993 776476 or by email info@oxfordshireallies.co.uk.
