Combined IT and accountancy expertise to support the set up and implementation of accounts systems and accounting software such as SAGE and XERO.
In response to client needs we formed a partnership dedicated to computer solutions in 1997. Whilst there were and are many accountancy software providers, too many of our clients were running into problems in set up, or in adapting accounts systems to fit their unique requirements.
The reasons for moving onto or upgrading accounts systems and accounting software range from the need to ensure financial compliance, through to automation of key activities (such as invoicing and credit control) and the provision of management information.
Due to our IT experts and their years of experience, we can ensure a smooth implementation, transfer of data and customisation. And thanks to our accountancy experts, with their years of experience, we can make sure you have considered functionality such as nominal ledgers, trial balances and future requirements to ensure the system is robust and fit for purpose.

The main accounts systems we work with are Sage and Xero.
Our many years’ expertise in the various Sage software options means that we can advise upon the best package for you across their range and support smooth transition to different packages.
As a Xero partner, we can assist you and your business with all areas of Xero, from the setting up the accounting and payroll process through to data entry and support.
We understand that whilst out-of-the-box or off-the-shelf commercial software will often satisfy your business’s needs to a large extent, there may be requirements specific to your activities that need to be met with bespoke solutions.
We have many years of experience in leveraging the adaptability of Sage software, in particular, enabling us to provide tailored enhancements. We have worked with many clients to provide interfaces to other business systems, as well as adding revised functionality to make the software work the way clients want. We also produce specialised reporting though customisation of Sage reports and through development of sophisticated Excel spreadsheet analysis of data.
